The incident took place in Rockland County on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022, in Haverstraw at the P&D Seafood restaurant at 9 Main St. Haverstraw police responded to the area of 9 Main St., on a report of shots fired in the area, said Capt. The incident took place on Wednesday, Sept. 7 on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Mount Pleasant.  According to the Westchester County Police, officers attempted to stop the teens after receiving notice from the state police they were driving a vehicle without a license. Man Accused Of Shooting Capital District Woman Through Window Arrested Police say they've nabbed the man suspected of shooting a 60-year-old Albany woman through her own window. Raheem Hines, age 44, of Albany, was arrested Monday, May 16, according to authorities. Investigators said at the time of his arrest Hines had a loaded 9mm handgun, Albany Police said. His capture came nearly a week after the victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound to her abdomen inside her home on Partridge Street near Madison Avenue.
