Woman Caught With Cocaine After Traffic Stop On Taconic Parkway, Police Say A Taconic State Parkway traffic stop led to the arrest of a Northern Westchester woman in possession of cocaine, police said. New York State Police troopers stopped a 2014 Dodge Charger in New Castle at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 26 in New Castle, when the driver committed a traffic violation. During that stop, police said that probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants was established.
