New Dunkin' Donuts Opens In Area There's a new spot to run on Dunkin' in the area. Chen Management of Wappingers opened its 15th Dunkin Donuts at in Fishkill at the Hudson Valley Towne Center on 18 Westage Drive. The location is across from Walmart/Sam’s Club and near other buildings and hotels at the Westage Business Center. The store's first day of business was Friday, Dec. 20. Dunkin' joins other popular eateries at the center, including Five Guys, Chipotle, Boston Market, Charlie Brown’s Fresh Grille and Hudson Buffet.
