Two Northern Westchester residents face drug charges after they were caught with crack cocaine, heroin, and pills during a traffic stop on a busy highway, police announced. A three-car crash on a busy parkway in Northern Westchester caused one vehicle to flip on its roof and left two people hospitalized.
