A New York mother accused of causing an impaired, wrong-way crash that killed her son has had her license suspended dozens of times, prosecutors said. A New York lawmaker accused of trading prescription pills for sex is facing multiple felony charges following his arraignment on a nine-count indictment, officials announced.
