Seen Her? Alert Issued For 16-Year-Old Capital Region Girl Reported Missing Police in the region are seeking tips in the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl. Albany County resident Alisha Rodgers, of Watervliet, was reported missing on Thursday, March 21. It was not immediately clear when she was last seen. Watervliet Police said the teen is considered a runaway and is known to frequent the Capital District. Rodgers is 5-foot-6 and 148 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Albany County resident, Wyatt Bleau, age 27, of Guilderland, was arrested following an investigation into crimes that allegedly occurred over a seven-day period, beginning on Thursday, Aug. 11.
