Crackdown On Hudson Valley Massage Parlors Nets 3 Arrests A Hudson Valley police department is continuing its investigation into unlicensed/illegal massage parlors and spas throughout the area, arresting three on this go-round of busts. The arrests occurred in Orange County on Friday, Aug. 9, and Thursday, Aug. 22, at several locations in New Windsor.
