Valhalla Man Killed After Falling While Clearing Ice From Roof A Westchester man died after slipping and falling while trying to clear an ice dam off of his roof, said Mount Pleasant Town Supervisor Carl Fulgenzi said. Filippo Cangialosi, 68, fell on Monday at his home on Stonegate Road in Valhalla,  Fulgenzi said. "It's very sad when something like this happens," Fulgenzi said. "With the amount of snow and ice that we have had, it's best to leave this type of specialty work to a professional."
