Hudson Valley Duo Charged With Felony DWI In Unrelated Incidents Two men from the region were nabbed for alleged felony DWI in two separate incidents. Dutchess County residents Christopher J. Duquette, age 66, of Hyde Park, and Nelson Acevedo, age 53, of Beekman, were both charged on Sunday, June 30, said Capt. John Watterson with the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office. Man Caught With Large Amounts Of Fentanyl, Cocaine During Traffic Stop In Area, Police Say A 31-year-old man was busted with an alleged large amount of fentanyl and cocaine during a routine traffic stop in the area by New York State Police.  Donavan L. Porter, of New York City, was arrested around 2:05 p.m., on Wednesday, April 7, following a stop on Beekman Road in the town of Beekman, said Trooper AJ Hicks. An investigation during the stop discovered Porter was in possession of approximately 23.1 grams of cocaine, and 44.1 grams of oxycodone, Hicks said. Man Threatens Victim With Weapon, Breaks Phone In Road-Rage Incident, Police Say A 40-year-old area man is behind bars after state police say he threatened a victim with a weapon and broke the victim's cell phone in a road-rage incident. The incident occurred in Dutchess County on Beekman Road in Beekman at about 7 p.m. Thursday, March 14. An investigation found James A.
