The fight occurred in Dutchess County at 6:20 p.m. on Thursday, Oct 24, on Mill Street in Beacon. Suspect On Loose After Teen Stabbed In Broad Daylight In Dutchess County Police iare searching for a suspect in connection with an altercation that left a teen stabbed in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29, around 4 p.m. in the area of Main Street and South Brett Street in Beacon.  According to Beacon Police Chief Thomas Figlia, the victim, a 16-year-old, suffered a superficial wound to the leg and was treated and released from the hospital.  The investigation is ongoing.  This is a developing story. Dutchess County resident Richard Bulson, age 40, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Friday, Sept. 27, for the Saturday, Sept. 21 incident on Main Street in Beacon. Khyree Pratt, age 23, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 5, in connection with the 2022 murder of Lionel Pittman in Dutchess County at the Forrestal Heights housing complex in Beacon. Retired Police Officer Who Served In Northern Westchester For Decades Dies A police department in Northern Westchester is mourning the loss of a retired officer who served communities in the Hudson Valley for decades.  The Peekskill Police Department announced the death of retired officer John Lynch on Wednesday, Oct. 25 in a post on social media.  According to the department, Lynch served with both the Beacon and Peekskill Police Departments for almost 25 years between the 1960s and 1980s. It occurred on Monday, Jan. 7 at about  6:40 p.m. at the intersection of West Main Street and Bank Street in Beacon.
