Albany County resident Richard Ryther, age 71, of Glenmont, was reported missing Friday, Nov. 24. On Sunday, Nov. 26, Bethlehem Police announced that Ryther was found dead in a wooded area at the Moh-He-Con-Nuck Nature Preserve. The preserve is located just yards from Ryther’s home on River Road. His death does not appear suspicious, police said. The Albany County Coroner’s Office will determine an official cause of death.
