Albany County resident John Jacob Malulan, age 26, of Cohoes, was last seen at his home on Wednesday, April 12, according to Cohoes Police. Malulan is described as being 5-foot-8 with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos covering both arms and wears glasses. Police said he may be in the New York City area.
