Man Charged In Fatal Stabbing Of Popular Chef In Capital District Police have arrested a man accused of fatally stabbing an up-and-coming chef in the Capital District. Marquis Jackson, age 34, of Albany, was charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon, Albany Police said. Investigators believe Jackson stabbed 31-year-old Tyrome Wallace multiple times during an altercation inside a home on Washington Avenue Monday night, May 16. Man Accused Of Shooting Capital District Woman Through Window Arrested Police say they've nabbed the man suspected of shooting a 60-year-old Albany woman through her own window. Raheem Hines, age 44, of Albany, was arrested Monday, May 16, according to authorities. Investigators said at the time of his arrest Hines had a loaded 9mm handgun, Albany Police said. His capture came nearly a week after the victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound to her abdomen inside her home on Partridge Street near Madison Avenue.
