Shots-Fired Incident Under Investigation In Area
Authorities are investigating reports of shots fired after a 29-year-old man was found with multiple gunshot wounds, authorities announced. In Ulster County, police in Kingston received a report of shots fired on Cedar Street shortly after 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20.
