Rhinebeck Woman, 55, Faces Felony DWI Charge

RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a woman from Rhinebeck for allegedly driving while intoxicated.

Sharon M. Cody, 55, was allegedly found to be intoxicated by state troopers assisting the Village of Rhinebeck Police Department with a traffic stop. A breath sample reportedly revealed a blood alcohol content of .15%.

She was charged with felony DWI after a criminal history revealed a previous conviction related to DWI from 2008. Cody was directed to appear in Town of Rhinebeck Court on Nov. 18.
