Hudson Valley Man Charged With Fentanyl, Cocaine Charges Following Investigation An Ulster County man has been indicted on multiple felony drug charges following an extensive investigation into narcotics sales in the City of Kingston. According to Capt. Joe Sciutto of the Ulster County Sheriff's Office, the investigation, carried out by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team (URGENT), identified Ontario S. MMA Fighter's GF Charged In 5-Year-Old Girl's Starvation Death At Capital Region Home A woman from the region is facing charges in connection with the starvation death of her MMA-fighter-boyfriend’s 5-year-old daughter. Schenectady County resident Brandi Terhune, age 22, of Schenectady, was arrested Monday, June 3, on suspicion of tampering with evidence and endangering the welfare of a child.
