Man From Region Busted By Drug Task Force Following Investigation An alleged Hudson Valley drug dealer was nabbed following a three-month investigation into the sale of cocaine in the area. Dutchess County resident Shyquan J. Collins, age 32, of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Thursday, Oct. 31, by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. According to Det. Sgt.
