34-Year-Old Woman Dies After Jumping From Apartment Building Near Hudson River A 34-year-old woman died at a hospital after jumping from an apartment building's roof near the Hudson River in the region. The incident happened in Westchester County on Wednesday, Nov. 13, when the Brooklyn resident jumped from the roof of the Franklin Towers apartment complex at 50 White St. in Tarrytown, according to Tarrytown Police.
