A 16-year-old boy is in critical but stable condition after being stabbed multiple times near his high school in the region. The incident occurred on Buckley Street around 3 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12, in Sullivan County's village of Liberty. Students and staff have been sent home for the day to allow police to investigate a bomb threat at a Hudson Valley high school. The Town of Poughkeepsie Police said Spackenkill High School in Poughkeepsie received the threat late Monday, Dec. 9d. Multiple students were treated following a chemical exposure at a Northern Westchester middle school, fire officials said. The incident happened on Friday afternoon, Nov. 15, when the incident was reported at Fox Lane Middle School in Bedford, according to the Bedford Fire Department.
