4 Injured In Hudson Valley 2-Vehicle Crash Four people were injured during a serious two-vehicle crash in the region. The collision took place in Dutchess County on Route 9G at the intersection of North Cross Road in the town of Hyde Park around 10 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 18.  According to the Roosevelt Fire District Chief Jeffrey Scala, firefighters and EMS responded to the crash with reports of ejections and people trapped in vehicles. 18-Year-Old Dies In Single-Car Crash In Capital Region An 18-year-old man died following a single-car crash on a highway in the region. Emergency crews in Columbia County were called at around 10:15 p.m. Thursday, April 7, with reports of a fatal crash on Route 9G in Germantown, according to State Police. An investigation found that Raphael McDonald, of Athens in Greene County, was speeding in the northbound lane when he lost control on a curve. The vehicle slid off the road and crashed into a utility pole. McDonald was ejected from the car and died at the scene, police said. Body Found By Hunters ID'd As Missing Hudson Valley Man, Police Say The body of a person found in a wooded area by two hunters in the Hudson Valley has been identified by police as a missing person. The Dutchess County Medical Examiners Office has identified the person found in the woods in Hyde Park, off Route 9G, as Christopher Imperatore, age 31, authorities said. Imperatore was last seen in Hyde Park on Saturday, Aug. 27, and was reported missing on Wednesday, Aug. 31. Body Found In Woods By Hunters In Hudson Valley, Police Say Updated story: Body Found By Hunters ID'd As Missing Hudson Valley Man, Police Say A body was found in a wooded area in the Hudson Valley by hunters. The incident took place in Dutchess County around 4 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13, in the Town of Hyde Park.
