According to Monticello Police Lt. Mark Johnston, Isaiah T. Uhl, of Monticello, was charged on Tuesday, Jan. 14, following an investigation of him having engaged in sexual intercourse with a female victim, who was less than 13 years of age during December 2024, at a Monticello home. 42-Year-Old Found Dead In Home In Region An investigation is underway after a person was found dead in the region. New York State Police say the homicide happened in Sullivan County on Saturday, Oct. 5 in the village of Monticello at a house on Lakewood Avenue. 7 Nabbed In Raid On Drug Den In Region, Police Say Seven people were nabbed during a raid at an alleged well-known drug den in the region. The incident took place in Sullivan. County around 4:30 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 11 in the village of Monticello. 3 Shot, Including 15-Month-Old In Region An intensive investigation is underway after three people, including a 15-month-old boy, were shot in at a home in the region. The incident took place in Sullivan County in Monticello around 10 p.m. on Friday, May 5 at a home located at 15 Holmes St. According to Lt. Mark Johnstone, of the Monticello Police Department, officers responded to the home after receiving a 911 report of shots fired.
