The 61-year-old man walked into an unauthorized area at Nassau Open MRI on Old Country Road in Westbury, New York, at 4:34 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, according to the Homicide Squad. The MRI scan was already in progress when the man entered the room wearing a large metallic chain around his neck, detectives explained. Man On Tracks In Region Injured By Passing Train A man walking along the train tracks in Rockland County was struck on the shoulder by an NJ Transit passenger train as he jumped out of the way. Dave Steckel of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority said the incident occurred in Nanuet around 12:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 11, as the train on the Pascack Valley Line passed the unidentified man. Man Found Dead In Home Pool In Region Police are investigating after a man was found dead in a Hudson Valley home pool. The incident occurred in Orange County around 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, on Aster Way in Wallkill. According to Wallkill Police Lt. Robert McLymore, officers discovered the victim, a 79-year-old Sullivan County man from Rock Hill, unconscious and unresponsive while in the pool.  Officers and EMS immediately began life-saving measures, including CPR, McLymore said.
