Man Busted In Broom Handle Attack During Incident In Region A man was charged with allegedly assaulting a woman with a broom handle and his fist, causing a head injury, during a domestic dispute in the region. Ulster County resident Harry J. Krom, age 42, of Kerhonkson, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 25, on Two Path Road in Wawarsing. An investigation alleges that Krom repeatedly struck a 45-year-old woman with a broom handle and closed fist. Hudson Valley Man Accused Of Murdering Woman, Dismembering Her Body, Police Say A man from the region has been charged with allegedly killing a woman and then dismembering her body before disposing of the parts. Ulster County resident Damon Foy, age 50, of Kerhonkson, was arraigned in Ulster County Court on Friday, April 19, for a murder charge and remanded to Ulster County Jail without bail. Hudson Valley Man Charged With Murder A Hudson Valley man is behind bars for allegedly killing another person. Ulster County resident Damon Foy, age 50, of Kerhonkson, was charged with felony murder on Wednesday, April 3, and arraigned in the town of Esopus Justice Court. According to Capt. Joseph Sciutto of the Ulster County Sheriff's Office, Foy, was arrested following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, the New York State Police, and the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office.
