Man From Region Convicted Of Felony Driving Offenses After DUI Arrest On Route 9W A Poughkeepsie man with a history of drunk driving convictions has been found guilty of felony charges after being caught driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device, officials report. Mark Brown, age 56, of Poughkeepsie, was convicted of aggravated unlicensed vehicle operation and circumvention of an interlock device following a three-day jury trial in Kingston, said Ulster County District Attorney Emmanuel Nneji. 'Out Of Control': Teenage Woman Attacks Female Officer In Hudson Valley, Police Say A teenage woman has been accused of attacking a female officer during an incident in the Hudson Valley. It happened on Thursday, Dec. 15 in Rockland County. Ramapo Police say officers responded to a Wesley Hills home for a report of a female causing an issue.  When the first officer arrived, he found an intoxicated woman "causing damage to the home and herself," police said.
