Video, Blood Evidence Helps Nab Residential Burglary Suspect In Hudson Valley: Police
A 23-year-old man was apprehended in connection with a residential burglary in the Hudson Valley thanks to DNA evidence, authorities announced.
New Jersey resident Steven Moye of Haledon, age 23, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 14 in connection to a residential burglary in the Putnam County town of Philipstown, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced on Thursday, Dec. 21.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Moye's arrest stemmed from an incident on Thursday, Aug. 3 around midnight, when deputies responded to a residence on Route 9D for a reported burglary.

Hudson Valley Man Nabbed For String Of Burglaries In Multiple States, Police Say
A New York man driving a truck with a stolen license plate wanted for its involvement in numerous alleged burglaries in surrounding states was nabbed after a short chase in Connecticut.
Hudson Valley resident Michael Simpson, age 40, of Walden in Orange County, was spotted by police in Fairfield County on Thursday, Nov. 30.
At approximately 8:30 a.m., an officer in Trumbull located the wanted Dodge Ram pick-up, driven by Simpson, traveling north on Daniels Farm Road.
