Law enforcement was dispatched to a shooting incident at 10 Sunset Point Yankee Lake in Mamakating at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2024, NY State Police said. Troopers arrived to find 65-year-old Thomas K. Fusco, of Wurtsboro, dead inside the residence from a gunshot wound, NYSP said.
