Dutchess County resident Thomas Zemko, age 43, of Pleasant Valley was charged on Monday, Jan. 29 with assault by the New York State Police. 31-Year-Old Charged After Half-Kilo Of Cocaine Seized On Taconic Parkway A 31-year-old man was allegedly nabbed with a half-kilo of cocaine during a traffic stop in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 2 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 11 on the Taconic Parkway in East Fishkill when New York State Police stopped the driver for traffic violations. Berkshire County, Massachusetts resident Brandon M. Green, age 31, of Pittsfield, was stopped in a 2020 Toyota sedan, said Trooper AJ Hicks.
