3 Teens, 1 Armed, Charged In Hudson Valley Burglary
Police captured three Hudson Valley teens for an alleged burglary in progress, one with a loaded gun.
The incident occurred in Dutchess County in the Tompkins Terrace area on Wednesday, April 3, in Beacon.
According to the Beacon Police, officers responded to the area and found the suspects had fled, but they were able to obtain a description of the teens.
A quick search of the area turned up the suspects, where police found a 15-year-old had a loaded, illegal weapon, the department said.

Arsonist Sets Fire To Capital Region Business, Home, Police Say
A man is facing charges in connection with intentional fires that were set at a home and business in the region.
Michael Kabler, age 49, who is homeless, was arrested Saturday, Oct. 7, after multiple agencies responded to a residential fire at the Sunset Trailer Park in Colonie, located on Central Avenue, at around 6 a.m.
According to Colonie Police, investigators determined that Kabler was responsible for the fire and had been squatting in the trailer.
No other homes were damaged and nobody else was injured.

A couple is facing charges after they were allegedly caught squatting in a vacant home in the region.
Troopers in Schoharie County were called to a home on Route 7 in the town of Cobleskill on Sunday evening, July 23, for a report of trespassers.
An investigation found that Melissa Johnson, age 44, and Jesus Lanauze, age 58, both of Albany, had been living in the home without permission for nearly a week, according to State Police.
The couple is also accused of damaging the home and an outbuilding.

A homeowner in the region got quite the surprise when they discovered a stranger bathing herself in their home.
The incident happened just before 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 16 in Rensselaer County, at a home in Brunswick.
New York State Police were contacted by the homeowner, who told troopers that a woman had entered their home without permission and used the shower.

Two New York men have been arrested for allegedly stealing more than 500 gallons of used cooking oil at a Connecticut restaurant.
The men, both from Westchester County, were stopped in Litchfield County in Harwinton around 5:45 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 12.

A Hudson Valley man has been charged with burglary after allegedly entering a home and stealing more than $1,000 in goods.
The incident took place in Rockland County around 9:25 a.m., Monday, Oct. 31, in Stony Point.
Rafael Olivo, age 58, of Stony Point, was arrested after he allegedly entered a home and removed items valued at more than $1,000 without permission, said Lt. Greg Becker, of the Stony Point Police.

A local woman has been arrested for allegedly entering a Hudson Valley home and stealing more than $1K in items.
Danielle Logan, age 37, allegedly entered the Rockland County residence in Stony Point and removed items valued at more than $1,000, according to Lt. Greg Becker, of the Stony Point Police.
Following an investigation, Logan, a resident of Stony Point, was arrested and charged with:
