Capital Region Man Caught With Stolen RV From Dealership, Police Say
A man from the region is facing charges after police linked him to a stolen RV that was taken from a local dealership.
Saratoga County resident Andrew Castle, age 50, of Mechanicville, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 26, by New York State Police.
According to troopers, the agency was first contacted on Friday, Aug. 25, about an RV that was missing from a Clifton Park dealership.
The vehicle, valued at over $50,000, was later found in Schaghticoke in Rensselaer County. Investigators determined that Castle was in possession of it.

Albany County resident Phillip Harris, age 46, was arrested near his Cohoes home on Wednesday, June 28, during a multi-agency investigation into his alleged drug activity.
Officers were gearing up to execute a search warrant at Harris’ Remsen Street apartment when they spotted him inside a vehicle two blocks away, according to Cohoes Police.

A man from the region is accused of trying to steal thousands of dollars from his former employer.
Washington County resident William Jordan, age 57, of Salem, was arrested on multiple charges Saturday, May 6, according to New York State Police.

Two horse groomers are facing drug charges following an investigation at the historic Saratoga Race Course.
Jose Hidalgo, age 59, and Guadalupe Montesdecoa-Aguilar, age 36, were found with over 200 grams of cocaine in a dorm residence on New York Racing Association (NYRA) property, Saratoga Springs Police said.
The pair was arrested Thursday, Aug. 18, on multiple felony charges, including criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
