An alleged drug dealer was busted at his home steps away from two schools selling fentanyl and crystal meth in the region. Dutchess County resident William Frenza, age 59, of Pawling, was charged on Wednesday, Nov. 6, during a warrant search of his home by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. A 32-year-old Schenectady County man accused of a fatal shooting in October will plead guilty to the slaying and spend at least 20 years behind bars, police said. Kevin Dingle, of Schenectady, was facing 12 felony charges in the case, including murder and tampering with eviidence among others, Schenectady County police said.
