The incident occurred on Tuesday, Jan. 14, at the Newburgh Free Academy Main Campus during school dismissal. The incident occurred in Orange County at 10:45 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13, at 120 Parmenter St., in the city of Newburgh.
