Man Killed In Hudson Valley Crash With Tractor-Trailer Police are investigating after a 74-year-old Connecticut man was killed during a two-vehicle crash in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at the intersection of Route 22 and Route 55 in the town of Dover, a hamlet of Wingdale, around 3:45 p.m., Thursday, June 13. According to Capt. Sullivan County resident Eva Jacobs, of Obernberg, was struck around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec.. 13, in the town of Callicoon on North Branch Callicoon Center Road. Sullivan County Undersheriff Eric Chaboty said Jacobs was struck by a 2012 Chevrolet pickup truck. The 68-year-old driver stayed on the scene and rendered first aid.
