Burglars Hit Historic Building, City Hall Offices In Capital Region Over Easter Weekend Police are investigating after burglars broke into a historic building in the region and rummaged through municipal offices over the Easter weekend. The break-in occurred sometime between Friday, April 7 and Monday, April 10 at Troy’s Hedley Building, located on River Street, according to Troy Police. The 106-year-old building also houses Troy City Hall. Crews Battling Massive Fire At Business In Capital Region (Developing) Multiple agencies responded to a large fire at a business in the region Friday evening, Jan. 20. Firefighters in Albany County were called at around 3 p.m. with reports of a large commercial fire burning in Colonie on Kings Road. The address given is for BBL Construction. Pictures shared by the Midway Fire Department showed heavy fire through the building’s roof with a large plume of black smoke that was visible for miles.
