The arrests were announced by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday, Oct. 17, and were all made over Columbus Day weekend.  The first incident happened on Friday, Oct. 11 in Putnam Valley, when a car crashed and flipped on Church Road in the area of Kramers Pond Road.  Arriving sheriff's deputies found a vehicle on its side with downed live wires nearby. Hudson Valley Man Accused Of Driving Drunk At More Than Twice Legal Limit A 22-year-old Hudson Valley man is accused of driving while intoxicated at more than two times the legal limit. Troopers pulled a vehicle over on I-87 in the Albany County town of Bethlehem for vehicle and traffic violations at about 1:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 29, New York State Police said. Police said the driver, identified as Rockland County resident Cristian Agualema, of New City, was found to be intoxicated. Woman Busted For DWI In Capital District At Over 3 Times Legal Limit, Police Say A woman had a blood alcohol concentration of more than three times the legal limit when she was busted driving drunk in the Capital District, authorities said. State Police in Albany County first made contact with 36-year-old Mary Mazur, of Troy, just after 1 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, when they stopped to assist her disabled vehicle on I-787 in Menands. Troopers discovered that Mazur did not have a valid driver’s license and testing revealed her blood alcohol concentration was 0.26 percent, police said.
