Driver In Capital Region Single-Vehicle Crash Charged With Vehicular Manslaughter A 28-year-old man from the region has been identified as the victim of a single-vehicle fatal crash in which the driver was charged with vehicular manslaughter.  The collision occurred in Greene County at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, on Route 54 in the town of New Baltimore. Teen Driver Smoked Marijuana Before Capital Region Crash Killing 14-Year-Old, Police Say An 18-year-old man is facing vehicular manslaughter charges in connection with an alleged DWI crash in the region that killed a 14-year-old girl. The Saratoga County incident happened at around 8:45 p.m. Saturday, June 29, in the town of Waterford. In Albany County, Bethlehem Police arrested Saratoga County resident Matthew Monthie, age 28, of Clifton Park on Friday, June 7, on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and related charges in the death of Shawna Marzahl.
