67-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed In Hudson Valley Crash On Route 376
A 67-year-old man has died after being struck by a vehicle while crossing Route 376 in the Town of Wappinger, the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office announced. Capt. John Watterson of the Sheriff's Office said it is investigating the fatal car-pedestrian crash that occurred on Thursday, Dec. 21, around 5:30 p.m. on Route 376 near Hackensack Heights Road in Wappinger. Deputies responded to reports of a collision and found that the pedestrian, a 67-year-old man, had sustained life-threatening injuries, Watterson said. 20-Year-Old Shot, Killed After Stabbing Person At Hudson Valley Home: Police
A man was shot and killed after state police say he stabbed a person inside a home in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Dutchess County on Saturday, Oct. 5 in the town of Pleasant Valley. Responding state police troopers and Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office deputies officers located one victim suffering from a stab wound and another the victim of gunfire at the residence on Rawls Road, located just west of the Taconic State Parkway. ATV Mob Causes Havoc On Hudson Valley Roadway
State Police are investigating a mob of ATVs and motorcycles who took over a roadway in the region, injuring one and threatening a trooper. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 4:10 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8, on Route 9D in Wappingers Falls. According to State Police Trooper AJ Hicks, troopers responded to a report of 30 to 40 motorcycles and off-highway vehicles operating "recklessly" in the roadway and on sidewalks. Man Killed In Hudson Valley Crash With Tractor-Trailer
Police are investigating after a 74-year-old Connecticut man was killed during a two-vehicle crash in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at the intersection of Route 22 and Route 55 in the town of Dover, a hamlet of Wingdale, around 3:45 p.m., Thursday, June 13. According to Capt.
