Hudson Valley Man Convicted Of Molesting Child A Hudson Valley man faces up to seven years in prison for sexually molesting a 9-year-old girl for three years. Rockland County resident, Elmer Oviedo-Sandoval, age 47, of Haverstraw, was convicted on Monday, Aug. 12, after a two week jury trial.
