The incident occurred in Dutchess County at 11 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, near the Speedway gas station on Route 9 in Hyde Park. Authorities identified Monica R. Deyo, from Hyde Park, lying in the roadway with severe, life-threatening injuries.
