Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct Patrol officers responded to Burger King on Portion Road in Ronkonkoma at around 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, after two female employees reported a man committing a lewd act in plain sight in the parking lot.  The man fled the scene shortly after, police added. Following an investigation by Suffolk County Police Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Squad detectives, Joseph Foresto, age 67, was charged with six commercial burglaries and an attempted burglary between Saturday, May 18, and Saturday, June 22.  During the burglaries, Foresto, a Lake Grove resident, forced entry by throwing objects through a glass door or window to enter the closed businesses. Duo Nabbed For String Of Suffolk County ATM Burglaries Two men have been accused of burglarizing multiple businesses and stealing ATMs on Long Island. Following an investigation by Suffolk County Police Major Case Unit detectives, the two were arrested and charged with a series of commercial burglaries and an attempted burglary between Tuesday, March 5, and Monday, March 11.
