Man Forcibly Touches Girl, Attacks Officer At Broadway Mall In Hicksville A man has been apprehended after police say he forcibly touched a teenager and then attacked responding officers at a mall on Long Island. At around 4:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, Police responded to a disturbance at Broadway Mall in Hicksville after receiving reports of an intoxicated male being aggressive towards the public.  Upon arrival, officers approached Allan Nunez, age 30, of Bayville, who began attacking them, according to Nassau County Police.  Nunez was violent and combative while resisting arrest, and an officer was injured.
