Man Killed, Another Hurt While Moving Deer From Road: PA State Police A 27-year-old man was killed, and another person was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle while attempting to remove a deer carcass from a roadway in Jackson Township, Mercer County, police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 27. ATMs Unavailable At All PA Turnpike Service Plazas Motorists traveling along the Pennsylvania Turnpike will find themselves without access to cash at service plazas, as all ATMs are currently out of service, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission announced on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
