Husband-Wife Team To Open New Eatery In Hudson Valley: Here's When A husband and wife who have already seen success in the restaurant business are set to open another eatery in Northern Westchester with a Spanish flair. Vida Restaurant, owned by Marc Taxiera and Brianne Meyers-Taxiera, will open in late October at 14 Marble Ave. in Thornwood. The eatery will be run by the same team that opened Augustine's Salumeria in Mamaroneck in 2022 and will offer Spanish cuisine, including modern interpretations of tapas, which are small appetizers.
