Man From Region Nabbed For Commercial Burglary, Police Say A man from the region has been charged with two counts of burglary for allegedly breaking into the same business twice and stealing property. The incidents occurred in Sullivan County at the Taam Eden Baker at Mountain Square Mall in Monticello on Tuesday, Aug. 27, and Thursday, Aug. 29. According to Monticello Police Lt. Mark Johnstone, Ishmiel Agapito, age 24, of Monticello, was charged on Monday, Sept. 2, following an investigation. Man Rapes Hudson Valley Girl He Met Online, Then Drops Her Off At School, Police Say A man from the region who allegedly raped a Hudson Valley 15-year-old girl and then dropped her off at school has been charged by state police.  Albany County resident Benjamin Randall, age 22, of Cohoes, was charged on Monday, Aug. 26, in Ulster County in Ellenville on rape charges. According to New York State Police Trooper Steven Nevel, the department received a complaint in April from the 15-year-old that she met Randall on a social media site in March.  After speaking online for several weeks, she agreed to meet with Randall after school. Suspect ID'd In Stabbing Of Father In Hudson Valley Police have identified a Hudson Valley man who allegedly stabbed his father during a domestic dispute. Hudson Valley Man Charged With Running Into 2 Police Cars After Home Depot Theft A Hudson Valley man is behind bars after allegedly stealing from a Home Depot and then crashing into two police cruisers to escape before crashing. Orange County resident Clarence Hulzenga, age 48, of Highland, was arrested in the town of Newburgh on Wednesday, July 10 in Newburgh. According to Lt. Dennis Carpenter of the Newburgh Police, Hulzenga ran from the store after the theft to a pickup truck in the parking lot and, to get away, ran into a town of Newburgh and New York State Police cruisers.
