Guard Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Inmate At Suffolk County Jail Indicted By Grand Jury A corrections officer at a Long Island jail will stand trial for allegedly sexually assaulting an inmate. Jason Middleton, age 35, of Central Islip, was indicted by a Suffolk County grand jury on Friday, Oct. 11, stemming from an alleged incident at the county jail in Riverhead.
