Debrina Kawam, of Toms River, was identified as the person who was set on fire and killed on a New York City subway, authorities said. The 57-year-old woman was named as the victim of the attack on Sunday, Dec. 22, a New York Police Department spokesperson told Daily Voice. Investigators said a man lit Kawam on fire while she was sleeping on a stopped F train at the Stillwell Avenue station in Brooklyn just before 7:30 a.m., NBC News reported.
