Queens Women Charged In Massage Parlor Raid: Suffolk Police
Two Queens women were arrested during a raid at a Lindenhurst massage parlor following an investigation sparked by community complaints, Suffolk County Police announced Wednesday, Dec. 11. Jing Lu, 52, and Jing Qiao, 41, both of Flushing, Queens, were taken into custody at Casual Foot Spa, located at 200 East Montauk Highway, after officers executed the raid at approximately 3:35 p.m., police said. A bicyclist has died nearly two weeks after he was struck by an SUV on Long Island. The incident happened in North Bellport, near the intersection of Post and Atlantic avenues, shortly before 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26. A person died after being struck by a car on Long Island. The crash happened just before 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27, in Brentwood.
