In New York’s 4th congressional district race, Democrat Laura Gillen ousted incumbent Republican Rep. Anthony D'Esposito, according to the state Board of Elections.  Gillen was leading D'Esposito by a margin of 49 to 47 percent with all precincts reporting as of Thursday, Nov. 7. Long Island resident Daniel Boldi, age 49, of Garden City acted as settlement agent and bank attorney in multiple property sales on Long Island and embezzled millions of dollars of his clients’ escrow and home loan funds, according to Nassau County District Attorney Anne T.
