The top-prize-winning Take 5 ticket was sold for the evening drawing on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at the 7-Eleven at 1320 Route 52 in the Putnam County town of Carmel, New York Lottery officials announced.  The ticket was worth $33,751,50, officials added.
