25-Year-Old Found Shot On Roadway In Region
A 25-year-old man was found shot on a roadway in the region after police responded to multiple 911 calls. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 10:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 3, in the area of Oakley Street and N. Clinton Street in the city of Poughkeepsie. According to Poughkeepsie Police, responding officers located the victim, who had sustained a gunshot wound to the arm. Police are investigating and searching for suspects in connection with a shooting that left a Hudson Valley man wounded. The incident occurred in Sullivan County at 10:10 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 30, at Broadway and Jefferson Street in the village of Monticello. Lt. Mark Johnstone of the Monticello Police said responding officers found a 22-year-old Monticello man on Liberty Street who had been shot in the left foot. Police are investigating after two men were shot while visiting a Hudson Valley home. The incident occurred in Orange County at 7:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18, in front of 31.5 Lake Ave. in Middletown. According to Middletown Police Lt. Jeffry Thoelen, officers responded to the area after receiving several 911 calls reporting shots fired. Officers located evidence consistent with a shooting but no injured people. Two people received non-life-threatening injuries after being shot in the Hudson Valley during an incident. The shooting took place in Orange County around 4 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 7, in the area of 182 Lander Street. According to Newburgh Chief of Staff Mike Neppl, responding officers located two victims who were transported to St. Luke’s Hospital in Newburgh with injuries that do not appear life-threatening. A 33-year-old Capital Region man faces multiple felonies in a shooting following an argument earlier this summer that left a teenager struggling to walk, authorities said. A Hudson Valley teen who had been the subject of an extensive manhunt and was caught in South Carolina has been charged in the shooting death of a local man. Woman Shot To Death At Capital Region Home With Several Children Present
Police are investigating after a woman was shot to death at a home in the region. The incident happened in Schenectady, at a residence on Charles Street near Albany Street, at around 8:20 p.m. Wednesday, July 31.
