One man was killed and another seriously wounded after being hit by two vehicles while crossing a Hudson Valley roadway. The incident occurred in Rockland County at 6 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 14, at the intersection of W. Maple Avenue and Kings Point in Ramapo.
